Meeting Minutes for December 7, 2015
President, Margaret Willard, welcomed all to the Women’s Guild Christmas dinner meeting held at the Franklin Terrace. There were 61 attendees including 8 guests present. Margaret thanked Caroline Martin and Marilyn Murdock for their work in organizing this event.
Margaret highlighted the many accomplishments of the Guild over the past year and thanked everyone for making this possible. She presented each chairwoman of a Guild committee and the officers of the Guild with a Christmas gift as a thank you for their service.
Sister Kate led the group in Grace prior to dinner. Sister Kate thanked the Guild for all the work done for the parish over this past year.
Joanne Kazandjian was the winner of the gift basket raffle. The raffle raised $350.00 to benefit St. Paul’s Center. Mary Rose Ryan was the winner of this month’s 50/50 drawing. She won $62.00 of the $124.00 collected.
The attendees brought Christmas gifts for the residents of the Springs Nursing Home.
